This Privacy Policy explains how Foobar Creative (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles your information when you use the Mystic Visions app (“App”) or website (“Site”).
We are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Australia) and are committed to handling your information responsibly.
1. What We Collect
When you use the App:
- Information you enter in the welcome chat, used to personalise your experience
- Details you choose to share with the mystics to receive a reading — which may include your date, time, or place of birth, and information about your personal relationships (for example, for astrology or relationship readings)
- The content of your conversations with the AI mystics
- An anonymous account identifier, created automatically on first launch (no name, email, or password required)
- Device information such as device locale, app version, and operating system
- Crash logs and app usage data, collected to improve performance
When you contact us:
- Your email address and the contents of your message
When you purchase a subscription:
- The “Mystic Visions Premium” subscription is billed entirely by Apple. We receive only a non-identifiable receipt confirmation.
We do not collect your name, email address, or any other personally identifying information unless you provide it to us directly.
The Site uses Google Analytics. The App may use Google Analytics and the Facebook SDK to understand usage and improve the product.
2. Your Conversations and Readings — Where They Go
To generate a reading, your messages — including any birth or relationship details you share — are sent to third-party AI service providers for processing. These providers are based overseas, primarily in the United States.
By using the App, you consent to your conversation content being transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where these providers operate.
We recommend you do not submit information that is more sensitive than necessary — such as identification details, financial information, or anything you would not share with a third party. We do not use your conversations to train AI models.
3. How We Store Your Data
Information tied to your anonymous account — including welcome-chat personalisation and your conversation history — is stored for as long as you have the App installed. If you uninstall the App, this data may be permanently deleted.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To generate readings and responses from the AI mystics
- To personalise your experience within the App
- To monitor app performance, fix bugs, and improve the product
- To respond to support enquiries
We do not sell your information.
5. Conversation Data to Improve Mystic Visions
In our ongoing efforts to improve Mystic Visions, we may collect and analyse conversation data from within the App. This data is used solely to improve the App’s functionality — such as enhancing the quality of readings, refining our AI, and developing new features. We handle conversation data with respect for your privacy and confidentiality.
6. How We Keep Your Information Safe
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You use the App and share information at your own risk.
7. Children’s Privacy
Mystic Visions is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
8. Your Privacy Rights
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to request that we correct or delete it, subject to exceptions allowed by law. To make a request, contact us at support@mysticvisions.app. We may ask you to put your request in writing for security reasons.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
International users: If you access the App from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region with its own data protection laws, you may have additional rights — such as access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability of your personal information. 9. Deleting Your Data
You can request deletion of your anonymous account and all associated data — including your conversation history — at any time by contacting us at support@mysticvisions.app.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above when changes are made.
